There are always restaurants that you want to keep coming back to, and 傳 Den in Tokyo is one of those special places. It's been amazing to see the progression of Den and Chef Zaiyu Hasegawa (and team) over the years since our first visit in 2014. The menu is innovative without sacrificing flavor and taste. And it just keeps improving. The hospitality is second to none; everyone there (including Puchi Jr 🐶) makes you like you're part of a family meal.
