Lunch outdoors at TWINS (#92 on the 2017 World's 50 Best), a restaurant by identical twin chefs Ivan and Sergey Berezutskiy. The pair have previously worked at Alinea, el Bulli, and El Celler de Can Roca. They take the approach of modernizing Russian cuisine in an interesting way. Great spot! (Restaurant is currently closed down.)
