This has been an amazing food journey so far! Another place we have kept returning to year after year is Kadeau Restaurant on the island of Bornholm, situated next to one of the softest sand beaches in the world connecting the Baltic Sea. It's run by Magnus Høegh Kofoed, Nicolai Nørregaard, and Rasmus Kofoed.

We spent the first half of the meal outdoors, enjoying the fresh air and sea view. Right behind us is the garden, which provides much of the ingredients (in addition to the surrounding terroir) for the restaurant. Mix in a world class team and you end up with one of the best meals on the planet.
