Sorn ศรณ์ is a restaurant in Bangkok that specializes in fine Southern Thai food. After opening earlier in 2018 with no marketing, the team has already earned a Michelin Star a few months later and is now fully booked through April 2019. It has literally become the hottest restaurant in Thailand.

Sorn is the brainchild of Supaksorn “Ice” Jongsiri, whose inspiration was to go back to his roots in a refined and elegant setting. Sourcing ingredients fresh daily from across 14 southern provinces, his approach to cooking focuses on traditional techniques, from charcoal and clay pot cooking, to pressing and squeezing fresh coconut juice. A meal at Sorn promises a full stomach, a spiceburnt tongue and memories of the more refined, yet no less tantalizing, flavors of the South.
