A pretty good lunch for my first visit. The skills of Koba-san still needs a little more work, but this was already very, very good.

Monkfish liver (鮟肝) - beautifully soft and creamy

Rosy seabass (喉黒) - lovely texture

Squid (墨烏賊) - beautiful contrast of textures

Horse mackerel (鯵)

Purple sea urchin (紫雲丹) from Hadate

really interesting texture for the egg custard
