Funny story on the side:
We went there during one of the very rare snow storms in Tokyo. So as it is custom in Japan, when one of the customers leaves one of the Chefs has to stand outside the restaurant bowing until this customer dispapears out of sight. Now as most of the customers turned right towards the train station the poor young man who had this tasks of standing outside assigned to him had to face the entire evening the driving wind and snow bowing to his leaving customers. We really felt for this poor chap.
