The new Chef Alex Dilling came from The Connaught were he also cooked 2 stars.
The menu has been changed and so also the style of the restaurant. Mr. Dilling is still classical French but we a greater emphasis on ingredients.
The Blanquette de veau was for me the outstanding dish with its cream veal stew of unbrowned butter a great delight.
