This is how they people behind Manfred describe themselves on the paper menu they give to you. To be honest there is not much one can add to this. It is a WYSIWYG restaurant, honest, casual a bit spleeny and very tasty.
I love the fact that you can order the hand cut beef tartare only in 2 sizes, M and XL (!).
Great place with a continuously changing menu, so very good to go back.
