Why Alinea ? ~ I have this restaurant very close to my heart ❤️ as this was the experience that changed the way ‘I see restaurants’ back over 10 years ago. Now I have been here more than 13 times 🙌, sadly only once this year due to schedule conflicts, but that one time was more than enough to reassure its please in my top 10, if not ask @kkovtunoova @max_vs_food @lickworthy @wherethehellistyler who were all blown away💥. Alinea is not a restaurant, it’s a performance show with delicious food as the medium of communication. This time we did the Kitchen Table which is my favorite experience here (gallery + salon) because it truly gives the opportunity to the team to let the creativity out and go crazy, and wow they did, like with this charred char with blis maple syrup, roe, fish sauce, carrot & thai flavors, swipe right 👉 to see how this vessel gets turn over where the second serving of it was hidden right in front of you 🤯, but this is what @grant_achatz @douglasalley do, they play with your mind, they make your think, they push the boundaries, together with the amazing @rizqi @matteo.foglieni91 @bronjohnsilver @hart_ryan_and_friends @bradfishman leading the hospitality and touching your soul by playing ‘Champagne life’ 🍾🎵when you arrive and dropping inside jokes in the form of gold & truffles 🫖. 🌟🌟🌟 @michelinguide since the day they opened doors, and reconfirming it with every single visit.
