煮干鰮らーめん 圓 (En in Hachioji)
En, a popular shop in Tokyo, has been a popular destination since 2009, offering three bowls of note: Niboshi, mukashinagara, and shio. The niboshi bowl is lighter than other popular shops, and the omori size meal is easily finished. En also offers a daily draw of fresh eggs, including duck, Araucana, and brown Cochin, for 300 yen. Although not the biggest fan of raw egg on rice, the duck egg was great. En's hours are determined by soup availability, so it's recommended to arrive early.
