This was a fantastic meal at the 2* restaurant in Val D’Isere. Each dish put a big smile on my face. Great flavours. One can have a perfectly executed meal where you recognise the skill of the chef and you can’t fault it, but it leaves you cold. But in this case, me and chef Benoit Vidal are definitely on the same page when it comes to tasty food.
