This is Frantzen in its old iteration at the previous cramped premises and it is interesting to look back two years and see how far they have come. I wonder did they think that just two years later they would be open in an incredibly spacious and luxurious new property and by one of only a very few resataurants in the world to be awarded a 3* michelin straight away. You can see there are a couple of dishes that still remain years later on the new Frantzen menu. French toast and a dessert looks familiar in preparation.
