One of the best things I did last week was stumble upon this Tuesday pop-up from @barbekyu_nola at @palsloungenola .
I hear lots of asks for Filipino food, here’s a good example of the form in drinking food / street food style.
The whole (short) menu served up crunchy lumpia, adobo dirty rice balls and a plate of pork skewers with more adobo dirty rice, which was like the love child of jambalaya and fried rice.
