Tabelog AWARD GOLDRanked No.1 Italian restaurant on Tabelog and No.1 in Hyogo Prefecture, I visited Kitanozaka Kinoshita.Utilizing a variety of seasonal ingredients, Chef Kinoshita creates exquisite Italian dishes. This is a popular restaurant that many come to from all over the country seeking this unique flavor, making reservations quite difficult.This time, I made a reservation for the omakase experience. Last time, I enjoyed the Christmas menu in December, but this time I was excited to savor dishes featuring spring ingredients.I was really looking forward to this visit after a long time.I heard that I would be able to enjoy bamboo shoots, and it just so happened that today was the last day they were being served, so the timing couldn't have been better!The bamboo shoots were fried with cheese, and they had no strong taste, elevated to a whole new level by Chef Kinoshita's innovative cooking.Every other dish was truly exceptional as well. The quality of the ingredients was enhanced through meticulous preparation, resulting in the best dishes.It was incredibly delicious.The visual appeal, the enticing aromas, and the actual taste left me in awe of the flavors.I was able to experience a rare and precious culinary adventure once again.Although it's not easy to secure a reservation, I highly recommend visiting this wonderful restaurant if you get the chance.I look forward to my next reservation.It was a great meal.
