Sharing my first Mexico recommendation of many…@mononohol 🍣

Ok ok, it might be a little odd to start with Japanese, and not Mexican 😂 but this sushi spot in Holbox should go top of your list if you’re sushi-obsessed like me, the torched salmon roll was especially good, G&Ts were served with smoking rosemary (who doesn’t love that, except for when it pokes up your nose 👀), and the service was top notch 👏 loved watching them make it fresh to order!

This was the perfect spot for dinner followed by live music and a (pathetic) attempt at salsa dancing at Hot Corner 💃

I’m beyond EXCITED to share that Justin and I got engaged last week on the beach in Mexico ❤️🥹🥰 He took me by complete surprise, so much so that my first response was “WHAT? are you sure”🥲

Still laughing at the fact I held the jug so awkwardly for this video 🤣 and at the irony that I posted a reel about my holiday manicure (which I never normally do!) 😂

We’re in Holbox for the rest of this week, then heading over to Mexico City — celebrating with tacos, ceviche and plenty of tequila 🤪🌮 can’t wait to share a roundup of all the epic food and places we’ve been! Less

A belated photo dump from @belzan_lpl 🤩 My sis Hannah has just moved from Edinburgh to Liverpool so a couple of weeks ago she took my to Belzan to celebrate my birthday, and let’s just say the iconic Guinness rarebit potato lived up to the hype 🤤

All the food was exceptional (although we did choose pretty butter-heavy dishes so I rolled out of the place), service was mega, and the espresso martinis were off the charts 🍸
