The Charred Clam Boule followed, delivering a rich, smoky seafood essence, perfectly balanced with briny sweetness and charred depth.
For pasta, the Cavatelli with Jamaican Beef Ragu was a standout, offering a bold fusion of Italian and Caribbean flavors. The deep, spiced umami of the slow-cooked beef melded harmoniously with the cavatelli’s chewy texture, making it an unforgettable dish.
