I visited again after being impressed a year and a half ago, this time for the first visit under the new second-generation owner, Hikida. I was looking forward to seeing how things had changed.In conclusion, the yakitori infused with the aroma of wood was delicious, and the overall composition beyond the skewers was good as well.However, I noticed that the portion sizes had decreased, and the young staff members were not as attentive, which lowered my overall satisfaction.That said, it was undeniably delicious, so I will make another reservation. My next reservation is in June 2028... about two years from now.
