Every time I visit, I can see the growth of Chef Inoue. He jokingly says, "I can't compete with Hoshino-san!" but he is definitely improving his skills. I’m really looking forward to seeing what he’ll be like in ten years!On a personal note, I also enjoy the time spent chatting with the chef about things other than cooking, almost like a stand-up comedy routine! I’m excited for what’s to come after the relocation.This time, the seared conger eel and the soft-shelled turtle soup were particularly exquisite.
