Revisit (June 2026) I was invited by a regular customer for my first visit in two years. The incredibly light and crispy texture of the batter was just as I remembered from my first visit. Everything I ate brought me joy, but the highlight this time was the tempura of kiss fish and the mixed tempura rice bowl with green beans and small shrimp.◆ Today's Menu - Hatoshi (Shrimp Bread) * Hatoshi: A fried bread made with shrimp paste, a specialty from Nagasaki - Shrimp with Salt - Shrimp with Grated Daikon and Dashi - Red Eggplant - Kiss Fish - Shiitake Mushroom with Soy Sauce - Rock Oyster with Tempura Sauce - Cucumber and Water Eggplant with Ume - Whitebait - Fava Beans - Asparagus - Additional: Aori Ika (Bigfin Reef Squid) with Salt and Black Shichimi - Additional: Flower Zucchini - Scallop Wrapped in Seaweed - Potato - Anago (Conger Eel) - Mixed Tempura Rice Bowl with Green Beans and Small Shrimp - Miso Soup - +1 Bottle of Beer and 1 Bottle of White Wine (for two people) (Night) JPY 28,900 per person *The following is basic information about the restaurant, repeated from my first visit.
