I visited Komada in Ise, which has earned Tabelog Gold status, for the first time.With this visit, I have completed my Tabelog Gold list for the year.This restaurant had piqued my interest for a long time, and based on the reviews, I had high expectations for its deliciousness.Located in Kawazaki, Ise City, the area itself adds a special charm to the visit, making it feel a bit more unique even before arriving.Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by the wonderful atmosphere created by the couple running the restaurant.Both the chef and his wife were friendly and warm, allowing me to relax naturally even as a first-time visitor.The ambiance is perfect for a high-end sushi restaurant without being overly tense.The sushi was delicate, beautiful, and undeniably delicious.Each piece reflected meticulous craftsmanship, showcasing the quality of the ingredients while providing an overall experience that was highly satisfying.I enjoyed fantastic selections such as kiss fish, abalone, anago, clams, and Karatsu red sea urchin.Each was impressive, leaving a lasting impression not just for their flair but also for the beauty of their aftertaste.It's no surprise that this place is popular.Not only is the food delicious, but the couple's warm personalities make it a place I want to return to.Next time, I hope to enjoy a glass of wine and take my time savoring the experience.It was a great meal.
