I had been wanting to visit "Sushi Arai" for a while, and thanks to a friend who is a regular, I finally got the chance to go. The friendly chef's conversation and the satisfying course menu are best experienced in person rather than described in words. There was a no-photo policy for the dishes, so I refrained from taking pictures, but my companion asked for a three-shot with the chef on our way out, and he kindly obliged. Reservations seem to be quite far in advance, but I would love to come back if the opportunity arises. With the chef's warm send-off, my anticipation for the next visit has doubled. It was a great meal!
