I’ve always thought that Italian cuisine, which emphasizes local ingredients, shares some similarities with Japanese food. However, the freshness of this restaurant lies in its approach of not overly mixing flavors, resulting in a gentle and wholesome taste. The course was simple yet adventurous. My favorite dish was the pasta, and I believe you can never go wrong with it.Each pasta dish told a story, showcasing the chef's technique in sauce preparation and ingredient pairing, making it feel like a small course in itself.I heard they change the menu quite significantly every month, which might be a way to keep their fans engaged.I enjoyed a good amount of sake as well, and the total came to just over JPY 30,000. I was very satisfied.
