Last bites of the year with mom 💕
while I still haven’t been able to dine in the dining room, always great to grab a seat at the bar at Calusso. Beautiful snacks, like the oyster Caprese and sea urchin toast. The deviled egg crowned with caviar felt so luxurious. Filet mignon was perfectly cooked and the tortelloni with beef cheeks and Truffles was a dish to come back for sweet endings with Cocoa and Mandarin and a nod to DC with the already iconic honey semifreddo.
