I usually go to the Ebisu location since it's closer, but I decided to revisit the Aoyama branch as a way to return to my roots and restart my journey.This place is known as a game-changer in the history of Yakiniku, often referred to as "Yoroniku Before" and "Yoroniku After."They offer a meticulously crafted course featuring rare cuts of meat served in small portions at the perfect timing. Dishes incorporating eggs and truffles, along with a style where a single grill master cooks from start to finish, have become standard practices today, many of which originated here.Next year marks their 20th anniversary. Rather than chasing trends, their commitment to refining the classics is what makes them beloved for so long.This is where it all began, at "Yoroniku" in Minami Aoyama. The history of Yakiniku started with this first location.If you truly love Yakiniku and haven't been here yet, this is a place you must visit at least once.I hope this iconic Japanese Yakiniku restaurant continues for many more years to come.
