Thinking back to happier times last year on the Camino de Santiago de Compostela and dinner at ⭐️ La Salgar in Gijon, Asturias. One thing about walking the coastal route of the Camino was the incredible food I came across almost every day. I enjoyed a tasting menu of traditional regional cuisine given a modern spin. Worth popping in to if you are passing.
