I made a reservation about three months ago and was pleased to find an opening. It's a short walk from Kamata Station, located in a surprisingly calm area, and the restaurant has an uncharacteristic appearance for a sushi place. The interior is fresh and not what you'd typically expect from a sushi restaurant.The chef, who runs the place from his home, served us dessert from his upstairs residence. One unique feature of this sushi is that it is prepared by the chef's apprentices, allowing us to enjoy it at an incredible price. The experience felt like a live show, adding to the excitement of the meal.While the apprentices' sushi does show some signs of inexperience, considering the price, the cost-performance ratio is excellent, and the service was great. I had a wonderful time. The chef was very personable, and the dessert was delicious, making me feel as if I had been invited into a lovely home.
