I made a reservation through Table Check on June 1st, and finally, the day has come.The restaurant's exterior was already stylish.I haven't had high-end sushi many times, so it's a bit difficult to compare, but everything was delicious.The service and hospitality were also outstanding, and I was impressed by the young chef's excellent communication skills.Among the dishes in this course, I particularly enjoyed the sardine, clam, marinated bonito, and the nigiri served later on.The sea urchin, in particular, had a wonderful aroma, and I felt like I was finally able to enjoy some really good sea urchin after a long time.Even the dessert, the fava bean sorbet, was delicious.By the time I posted this review, the beginning of the month had come again, and there was a server error due to the crowd, but I managed to secure my next reservation.I'm looking forward to my next visit!
