The interior features a calm design centered around a counter, allowing diners to enjoy their meals while taking in the aroma of charcoal and watching the cooking process up close. Although the restaurant specializes in Italian cuisine with a focus on meat dishes, the course is thoughtfully structured, ensuring that it doesn't consist solely of meat from start to finish.What stood out to me the most was the charcoal-grilled meat. It had a beautifully charred exterior while remaining juicy in the center. Instead of being overwhelmed by fat, the dish allowed me to savor the rich flavor of the lean meat and its natural aroma. The initial bite had just the right amount of springiness, and the umami flavor expanded with each chew.
