This was undoubtedly the best eel I've ever had! Each part was grilled with great care, allowing me to enjoy different flavors. The white grilled eel and kabayaki were particularly exquisite, letting me fully savor the eel's natural umami. It's a wonderful restaurant that truly reflects the owner's dedication. I will definitely visit again!
