Finally made it to Tonkatsu Narikura! The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and it was a special place where I experienced more than I had expected. The signature tonkatsu features an astonishingly white and beautiful crust, with a light and crispy texture. With the first bite, the rich flavor of the pork and the sweetness of the fat spread in my mouth, completely changing my perception of tonkatsu. I enjoyed the differences in cuts, such as Shabuturian and special loin, with each dish bringing its own delight. When enjoyed simply with salt, the natural flavor of the meat was even more pronounced! I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the end. I believe this is a must-visit for any tonkatsu lover! I would love to come back on a special occasion! ✨
