The eel was grilled to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. With each bite, the rich flavor of the high-quality fat spread throughout my mouth, bringing an involuntary smile to my face!The white grilled eel showcased the natural flavors of the ingredient, while the kabayaki had a refined sauce that was not overly sweet, enhancing the eel's deliciousness. It paired wonderfully with the rice, and I was completely absorbed in the meal until the very end!I definitely want to come back as a treat for myself!
