I absolutely love the master of Japanese cuisine, Komatsu-san. This is one of my favorite restaurants in Ishikawa. Each dish is infused with the chef's soul.I understand that it’s not about adding more, but about simplifying the flavors.There are no unnecessary embellishments.The focus is directly on the ingredients.Along with the wonderful dishes, the chef's carefully selected tea utensils and tableware enhance the experience.You can see, touch, smell, and savor everything.It’s the perfect time spent here.Once again, it was a great meal.
