This was the most delicious French cuisine I've ever had!Every dish was beautifully presented, and I was constantly amazed by the flavors that exceeded my expectations. ✨The salad, in particular, was on another level; I've never tasted such a delicious salad before.I usually don't prefer cooked fish, but the skin was crispy and fragrant, while the inside was perfectly rare. The seasoning was outstanding, and it was incredibly delicious—truly a delightful surprise! ✨The meat was incredibly tender and sweet, practically melting in my mouth!Even the hojicha pudding and financier served after dessert surpassed my expectations in taste, leaving me completely satisfied until the very end.I arrived with a full stomach after a big lunch, yet the flavors were so impressive that I was still blown away...The restaurant and the dishes created a stylish and wonderful atmosphere!The kouign-amann I bought on my way out was surprisingly delicious as well.It's a bit far from Nagoya, but I will definitely come back again!
