The strongest texture and satisfying bite among all the udon I've ever had! With air conditioning in the adjacent room and a misting fan outside the shop, I felt comfortable waiting in line even during the hot summer. My family and I enjoyed our udon deliciously. Mario's grandfather was adorable. I also bought some souvenirs, which were tasty as well! I regret not buying more. I definitely want to go back!
