This is my second udon experience in Kagawa, following Yamamoto Udon.Ranked number one in the udon category on Tabelog, I arrived bright and early before 7 AM on the weekend and got ticket number 10.I relaxed in my car while waiting and lined up 15 minutes before the opening time at 9 AM.- Small Udon (JPY 350)- Large Udon (JPY 500)- Raw Egg (JPY 60)- Soft-Boiled Egg (JPY 100)- Chikuwa (JPY 130)- Imitation Crab (JPY 180)Trying Suzaki's udon for the first time, I was amazed by its strong chewiness. The noodles themselves had a hint of saltiness, so just a little dipping sauce was enough to achieve the perfect flavor. It was so delicious that I felt it was a great decision to buy some udon to take home and the Yamamori's signature dipping sauce used at Suzaki when I paid the bill. Please note that there are no drink services in the eat-in area, so I recommend purchasing drinks from the vending machine or bringing your own.
