The deliciousness of game meat and the creative twists in the dishes were evident in many aspects, making both the presentation and taste truly delightful. I was quite surprised to learn that the macarons incorporated game blood and that the cookies used wild boar fat. (There was no gamey taste at all, and they were delicious!)For dessert, I had a dish made with mango and coconut. The lemongrass in the ice cream had a unique aroma that tends to divide opinions, and I regretted not being able to enjoy it as much as I would have liked. (´；ω；｀)I would love to visit again when I’m in Tokyo.P.S. I regretted not having time to change before heading to the restaurant and ended up going in casual attire. (´；ω；｀) While it wasn’t inappropriate, the restaurant was very stylish, and the other guests were quite refined, which made me feel a bit out of place. I recommend dressing nicely for the occasion. (There were a few people in office attire who seemed to have come straight from work, so it should be fine!)
