I visited a famous tonkatsu restaurant in Asagaya.It completely changed my perception of tonkatsu.The batter is light and crispy, while the meat is incredibly tender and delicious.I was truly impressed by the Shaburi-an.I hope to eat it again someday. It was really amazing.Thank you!
