The rich aroma unique to stone-ground soba is truly remarkable.I was surprised by how fluffy the sobakaki (soba dumpling) was. It has a gentle texture that lightly crumbles in your mouth, allowing the flavor of the soba to shine through. For the soba, I recommend trying the first bite without any dipping sauce. The moment you bite into it, a subtle sweetness spreads, leaving a lingering aroma of soba. Eating it with salt offers a different yet delightful taste. The Sukagawa pizza was delicious as well.
