I visited the restaurant around noon on a Sunday. The wait time was just under an hour. I ordered the chilled udon in a small size, along with some tempura egg and chikuwa (fish cake). The noodles had a great texture and were very satisfying and delicious. It was definitely worth the wait. I would love to try it again if I have the chance.
