Since there were no other customers, we were able to enjoy a private dining experience at a leisurely pace. I could see the kitchen, which made me appreciate the care that went into the preparation of each dish. Every dish had a complex flavor and was absolutely delicious. My companion, who loves French cuisine, seemed very satisfied as well. We were quite full! I enjoy alcohol but am not very knowledgeable about it, so I often find it hard to choose. However, the sommelier provided detailed recommendations, allowing us to enjoy both Japanese sake and wine. I would love to visit again.
