The tuna is, of course, excellent, and each dish is crafted with care and creativity, resulting in wonderful flavors. I enjoyed my meal thoroughly and left feeling quite full. Thank you for the delicious experience.The restaurant has a clean and calm atmosphere, typical of a high-end establishment. The head chef was easy to talk to, and the staff provided attentive service. I appreciated the chef seeing me off as I left in my car.The sushi pieces are a bit larger, which might be challenging for women to finish entirely. While I understand the pricing for a high-end restaurant, I do question the price point in Sakai, which feels more like Ginza. These are just my thoughts.
