I couldn't attend the spring gathering, so this was my first visit to the restaurant as the season changed.Although it's an Italian restaurant, the tableware featured many Japanese elements, and the meat dishes served in unique plates were quite innovative.The dishes were delicately prepared with seasonal ingredients, offering a feast for the eyes as well as a generous variety and ample portions.The conger eel was particularly tender and exquisite!The dessert, featuring white peach and intricate sugar art, was also delicious!The staff who served us were attentive and provided thorough explanations of the dishes, making me eager to return to this restaurant.
