I finally managed to make a reservation and visited after two years. I was so happy that they remembered my face.I enjoyed the recommended course from Fujii:1. Tenderloin Cutlet - It brought back the shock I felt the first time I tried it. The way the meat is fried is simply outstanding. With every crispy bite, the sweetness of the meat spreads, stimulating my taste buds.2. Menchi Cutlet - The piping hot menchi cutlet was cut in half, and the rich juices burst out. It completely changed my perception of menchi cutlet.3. Chicken Tender Cutlet - This cutlet has a low fat content and a mild flavor, making it refreshing and incredibly juicy. It's a taste you can only find at Fujii.4. Loin Cutlet - I had a hybrid pork cutlet made from Duroc, Ume-yama, Amagi Black Pork, and Matsusaka pork. The juicy fat from the loin was very sweet and paired perfectly with rice.5. Tenderloin Kushi-katsu - I ordered an additional skewer of tenderloin fried in the fat of the loin. The lean tenderloin wrapped in the rich fat was deliciously sweet.6. Herbal Tea - It helped settle my full stomach.The two companions I was with were also thrilled. I will definitely come back again.
