The umami of the abalone was prominent, and it paired wonderfully with the udon, making it very delicious.Throughout the course, the dishes showcased the natural flavors of the ingredients, which left a strong impression.Each dish was carefully prepared, allowing us to fully enjoy the quality of the ingredients.I definitely want to visit again.
