The dishes truly showcased the wonderful qualities of the ingredients. Each item reflected meticulous craftsmanship, and everything from the tableware to the presentation and ambiance was beautiful. I enjoyed the delicious flavors of Kanazawa and the local delicacies from the chef's hometown, Miyazaki Prefecture. As I write this, I can't help but reminisce about how delicious everything was, feeling a sense of happiness that makes me linger in the moment. It was such a lovely restaurant.The chef and the staff's attentiveness and care were also exceptional.
