During my trip to Kyoto, I stopped by this place in Gion. There were a few people lined up before opening. For groups of three or more, seating is on the second floor; for two or fewer, it's at the counter on the first floor. The concept of meat here is truly transformative. Everything was incredibly delicious. The dishes were explained clearly, and I took notes while enjoying my meal.
