A must-visit Italian restaurant in Nakameguro, known for its exquisite dishes, but reservations are not available for newcomers—you can only go if a regular takes you. It's about a 7-minute walk from the station, surprisingly close. Chef Yoshida, famous for being a man of few words, turns out to be quite talkative and charming once you become a familiar face. Here’s what we ordered:◾︎ Burrata and Setoka Orange ◾︎ Chilled Cappellini with Sea Urchin ◾︎ Hairy Crab and Gorgonzola Chawanmushi ◾︎ White Asparagus Omelette with Black Truffle ◾︎ Lemon Garlic Butter Cheese ◾︎ Shirasu, Kogomi, and Karasumi ◾︎ Tender Chicken with Lemon Butter The seasonal Setoka and Burrata were unbelievably delicious. The classic chilled cappellini with sea urchin had a perfectly balanced saltiness. If it’s your first time, you absolutely must try the chawanmushi. Unless you have a private reservation, you can order a la carte, so feel free to choose from the menu.Drinking wine is a must. If you’re going to megriva, be prepared to enjoy some wine. Those who don’t drink should probably skip it. They also have a fantastic selection of rare wines, making it a fun experience even while drinking. It was a great meal!
