I had the pleasure of experiencing Chef Arai's artistic gastronomy at Hommage.I had decided that if I were to visit Asakusa, this would be the place to go!The dishes showcased the chef's incredible creativity, and I was truly impressed!The service staff provided perfect explanations of the wines and paired them beautifully with the dishes, enhancing the overall dining experience.I definitely want to visit Hommage again.The aftertaste of the meal lingers wonderfully.It was a great meal!
