This was my second visit! The rice was even better than last time, with a sharp acidity that paired perfectly with most of the toppings! The sake snacks were, as always, outstanding, with the grilled Kinmedai (golden eye snapper) being particularly impressive, and the tiger pufferfish had a complex and deep flavor that was simply the best! There was a wide variety of nigiri toppings, and I ended up ordering an additional 8 pieces. The quality of the tuna was excellent, and several types of white fish were also in great condition, showcasing meticulous preparation! Overall, it was truly a perfect meal.
