This was my second visit, and I was once again impressed by Chef Takenaka's exceptional talent. This time, the dishes were completely different from my last visit! Overall, the meal maintained a refreshing and elegant atmosphere reminiscent of Western cuisine with a Japanese twist, while showcasing complex flavors and advanced techniques. Each combination of ingredients offered a layered depth, making for a truly wonderful dining experience. I definitely want to come back again!
